개인정보 처리방침

멘치카나는 개인정보를 수집하지 않는다. 계정·로그인·서버가 없고, 광고·분석 도구도 넣지 않았다.
기기 안에만 저장하는 것
학습을 이어 하기 위해 아래 값을 이 기기의 앱 저장소(localStorage)에만 둔다. 밖으로 보내지 않는다.

설정 화면의 「학습 기록 지우기」로 진도와 쓰기 기록을 지울 수 있고, 앱을 삭제하면 전부 지워진다.
권한
위치, 카메라, 마이크, 사진, 연락처, 알림 등 어떤 권한도 요청하지 않는다. 글자 쓰기는 화면 터치만 쓴다.
인터넷 연결
앱은 실행 중에 인터넷으로 요청을 보내지 않는다. 발음 녹음, 글꼴, 그림, 획순 데이터(KanjiVG)는 모두 앱에 들어 있어 비행기 모드에서도 동작한다. 녹음 파일을 재생하지 못할 때는 기기에 들어 있는 음성 읽기 기능으로 대신 읽는다.
아래는 사용자가 직접 누를 때만 일어난다.
- 멘치 시리즈 열기: 멘치보카·또쿠오카가 설치돼 있으면 그 앱을, 아니면 App Store 를 연다. 웹 브라우저에서는 해당 웹페이지(ttokuoka.vercel.app)를 새 창으로 연다.
- 문의 메일: 기기의 메일 앱을 연다. 보낸 메일에 담긴 내용만 받는다.
웹 브라우저로 이 페이지나 웹판을 열 때는 페이지를 내려 주는 호스팅 업체가 일반적인 접속 기록(IP 주소 등)을 남길 수 있다.
하지 않는 것
- 다른 앱·웹사이트를 넘나드는 추적
- 광고를 위한 데이터 판매·공유
- 아동을 포함한 어떤 사용자의 개인정보 수집
보유 기간과 파기
위 표의 값은 사용자가 지우거나 앱을 삭제할 때까지 이 기기에만 남는다. 앱이 서버에 보관하는 정보는 없다. 설정 화면의 「학습 기록 지우기」나 앱 삭제로 기기에서 바로 지워지고, 웹판에서는 브라우저의 사이트 데이터를 지우면 지워진다.
웹 브라우저로 열 때 생기는 접속 기록은 호스팅 업체가 자기 정책에 따른 기간 동안 보관한다.
처리 위탁과 국외 이전
앱은 어떤 정보도 서버로 보내지 않으므로 맡기거나 국외로 옮기는 개인정보가 없다. 다만 이 페이지와 웹판은 Vercel Inc.(미국)가 호스팅하고, 웹 브라우저로 열 때 생기는 접속 기록(IP 주소 등)은 미국 등 Vercel 인프라에서 처리된다.
이용자의 권리
저장된 값은 모두 이 기기 안에 있어 앱 화면에서 바로 보고 지울 수 있다. 개발자는 이용자의 정보를 갖고 있지 않아 따로 열람·정정·삭제해 줄 정보가 없다. 궁금한 점이나 요청은 아래 메일로 보내면 된다.

멘치카나 (Menchi Kana) does not collect personal data. There are no accounts, no login and no server, and no ads or analytics.
What stays on your device
To let you pick up where you left off, the app keeps the following in its on-device storage (localStorage). Nothing is sent anywhere.

You can erase progress and writing records with “학습 기록 지우기” (Clear learning record) in Settings. Deleting the app removes everything.
Permissions
The app asks for no permissions: no location, camera, microphone, photos, contacts or notifications. Writing practice uses screen touches only.
Internet
The app sends no network requests while you use it. Pronunciation recordings, fonts, images and stroke data (KanjiVG) are all bundled, so it works in airplane mode. If a recording cannot be played, the device's built-in speech feature reads the character instead.
The following happen only when you tap them:
- Opening a Menchi series app: opens 멘치보카 or 또쿠오카 if installed, otherwise the App Store. In a web browser it opens the web page (ttokuoka.vercel.app) in a new tab.
- Contact email: opens your mail app. We receive only what you write in the email.
When you open this page or the web version in a browser, the hosting provider that serves the page may keep standard access logs (such as IP address).
What we don't do
- No tracking across apps or websites.
- No selling or sharing of data for advertising.
- No collection of personal data from anyone, including children.
Retention and deletion
The values above stay on this device until you erase them or delete the app. The app keeps nothing on a server. “학습 기록 지우기” (Clear learning record) in Settings or deleting the app removes them from the device right away. On the web version, clear the site data in your browser.
Access logs created when you open a page in a browser are kept by the hosting provider for the period set by its own policy.
Processors and transfers abroad
The app sends nothing to a server, so no personal data is handed to a processor or moved abroad. This page and the web version are hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA), and access logs created when you open them in a browser (such as IP address) are processed on Vercel's infrastructure in the US and elsewhere.
Your rights
Everything the app stores is on this device, so you can see it and erase it in the app yourself. The developer holds none of your data, so there is nothing else to access, correct or delete. Send any questions or requests to the email below.
