또쿠오카는 후쿠오카 여행 도우미예요. 회원가입과 로그인이 없고, 광고·사용 분석·오류 수집 도구를 넣지 않았어요. 앱이 다루는 정보와 그 정보가 어디로 가는지 적어 둬요.
기기에만 저장하는 것
아래 정보는 휴대폰(웹에서는 브라우저) 안에만 저장하고, 또쿠오카 서버로 보내지 않아요.

앱에서는 여행 기록과 사진을 앱 데이터 폴더에 파일로, 나머지는 앱 안 저장소에 둬요. 웹에서는 브라우저 저장소(localStorage·IndexedDB)에 두고, 데이터가 끊겨도 열리게 앱 화면·본 지도 타일·날씨·환율·글꼴을 브라우저 캐시에 둬요.
내 위치
- 「내 위치」 버튼, 「가까운 곳」 필터, 숙소의 「지금 위치로」를 누를 때만 위치를 받아요.
- 지도에 내 위치를 보여 주고, 가게를 가까운 순으로 정렬하고, 가까운 막차 역을 고르는 데 써요. 이 계산은 모두 기기 안에서 해요.
- 위치 좌표는 또쿠오카 서버로 보내지 않아요. 기기에 남는 것은 숙소 좌표와 여행 기록에 붙은 좌표뿐이에요.
- 지도는 OpenStreetMap 타일을 기기에서 바로 받아요. 내 위치를 지도에 띄우면 그 근처 타일을 받게 되고, OpenStreetMap 서버는 IP 주소와 받은 타일(지도 영역)을 알 수 있어요.
기기 밖으로 나가는 것
- 항공편 편명과 출발 공항: 항공편 운항 상태와 출국일 안내를 볼 때 또쿠오카 서버로 보내요. 서버는 후쿠오카공항 공식 운항 정보를 통째로 받아 그 안에서 찾고, 인천 출발편이면 편명을 공공데이터포털(인천국제공항공사)에 보내 조회해요. 김포·김해 출발편이면 출발 공항 코드만 한국공항공사에 보내 받은 목록에서 찾아요. 서버는 편명을 따로 저장하지 않아요.
- 그 밖에 기록, 사진, 숙소, 위치 좌표는 서버로 보내지 않아요.
앱이 연결하는 서비스
- 또쿠오카 서버 (Vercel): 항공편 운항 상태와 인천공항 출국장 정보(승객 예고·출국장 혼잡·주차). Vercel 은 여느 웹 호스팅처럼 요청 기록(IP 주소 등)을 짧게 남겨요.
- 공공데이터포털 (인천국제공항공사·한국공항공사), 후쿠오카공항: 운항·출국장 정보. 서버를 거쳐 요청해서 기기 정보는 넘어가지 않아요.
- 일본 기상청: 후쿠오카 날씨 예보. 기기에서 바로 받고, 위치는 보내지 않아요.
- Frankfurter (api.frankfurter.dev): 엔·원 환율(유럽중앙은행 기준). 기기에서 바로 받아요.
- OpenStreetMap: 지도 타일. 기기에서 바로 받아 IP 주소가 보여요.
- jsDelivr, Google Fonts: 화면 글꼴. 기기에서 바로 받아 IP 주소가 보여요.
- Google 지도, Uber, 가게·공식 사이트, Visit Japan Web: 버튼을 누를 때만 열려요. 목적지 좌표나 이름이 그 서비스로 넘어가고, 그다음부터는 그쪽 개인정보 처리방침을 따라요.
기기 권한
- 위치 (앱을 쓰는 동안): 위 「내 위치」에 적은 곳에만 써요.
- 카메라·사진: 여행 기록에 사진을 넣을 때만 써요. 사진은 기기 안에만 저장돼요.
- 알림: 인천 출발 일정에 가는 편과 공항 가는 방법을 저장할 때 한 번 물어요. 출국 전날 밤과 집에서 나가기 10분 전 알림을 기기가 직접 띄워요. 서버 푸시는 쓰지 않아요.
- 잠금화면 실시간 현황: 출국일 진행 단계를 기기 안에서만 갱신해요. 서버 푸시는 쓰지 않아요.
- 일본어 읽어 주기: 기기의 음성 합성 기능을 써요.
하지 않는 것
- 회원가입·로그인, 광고, 사용 분석, 오류 수집 도구가 없어요.
- 다른 앱이나 웹사이트를 넘나드는 추적을 하지 않아요.
- 정보를 팔거나 광고 목적으로 공유하지 않아요.
내보내기와 지우기
- 기록 탭의 「내보내기」를 누르면 여행 기록 전체(좌표 포함, 사진은 파일 이름만)가 JSON 파일이 돼요. 앱에서는 공유 시트, 웹에서는 파일 내려받기로 나가고, 어디로 보낼지는 직접 골라요.
- 기록과 사진은 기록 시트의 「지우기」로 지울 수 있어요. 앱을 지우면 기기에 저장된 것이 모두 지워져요. 웹에서는 브라우저의 사이트 데이터를 지우면 돼요.
- 위치·카메라·사진·알림 권한은 아이폰 설정 → 또쿠오카에서 언제든 끌 수 있어요.
보유 기간과 파기
- 기기에 저장한 정보는 직접 지우거나 앱을 지울 때까지 기기에만 남아요. 또쿠오카 서버에 보관하는 정보는 없어요.
- 서버는 받은 편명과 공항 코드를 저장하지 않아요. 같은 조회를 빨리 돌려주려고 응답(공개된 운항·출국장 정보)만 Vercel 캐시에 몇 분 동안 둬요.
- 서버 요청 기록(IP 주소, 요청 주소 등)은 운영자 화면에서 1시간이 지나면 사라져요(Vercel Hobby 요금제 기준). Vercel 자체 보관은 Vercel 개인정보 처리방침을 따라요.
처리 위탁과 국외 이전
- 받는 곳: Vercel Inc.(미국). 웹판과 또쿠오카 서버(서버 함수) 호스팅을 맡겨요.
- 지나가는 정보: 항공편을 볼 때 편명, 가는 편 여부, 출발 공항 코드. 인천공항 출국장 정보를 볼 때 조회 종류와 날짜(오늘·내일). 요청과 함께 IP 주소가 전달돼요.
- 나라와 방법: 서버 함수는 미국 동부(워싱턴 D.C., Vercel iad1)에서 돌고, 요청은 가까운 Vercel 접속 지점을 거쳐요. 조회할 때마다 인터넷으로 보내요.
- 거부하려면: 항공편 조회와 출국일 안내를 쓰지 않으면 보내지 않아요. 나머지 기능은 그대로 쓸 수 있어요.
이용자의 권리
기기에 저장된 정보는 앱 안에서 직접 보고, 내보내고, 지울 수 있어요(위 「내보내기와 지우기」). 개발자는 이용자 정보를 서버에 갖고 있지 않아 따로 열람·정정·삭제해 드릴 정보가 없어요. 궁금한 점이나 요청은 아래 메일로 보내 주세요.

Ttokuoka is a travel helper for Fukuoka. It has no accounts and no sign-in, and it contains no ads, analytics or crash-reporting tools. This page explains the data the app touches and where it goes.
Stored on your device only
The data below stays on your phone (or in your browser on the web). It is never sent to our server.

In the iPhone app, the travel log and photos are files in the app’s data folder and the rest is in the app’s local storage. On the web they live in browser storage (localStorage and IndexedDB), and the app screens, map tiles you viewed, weather, exchange rate and fonts are kept in the browser cache so the app opens offline.
Your location
- Location is read only when you tap “My location”, the “Nearby” filter, or “Use current location” for your stay.
- It is used to show you on the map, sort places by distance and pick the nearest station for the last train. All of this is calculated on your device.
- Your coordinates are never sent to our server. The only coordinates kept on the device are your stay and those attached to log entries.
- Map tiles are loaded directly from OpenStreetMap. When the map shows your location it loads the tiles around it, so OpenStreetMap servers can see your IP address and the map area requested.
What leaves your device
- Flight number and departure airport: sent to our server when you check a flight status or the departure-day guide. The server downloads Fukuoka Airport’s public flight schedule and looks the flight up in it. For flights from Incheon it sends the flight number to Korea’s Public Data Portal (Incheon International Airport Corporation). For flights from Gimpo or Gimhae it sends only the departure airport code to Korea Airports Corporation and looks the flight up in the list it gets back. The server does not store flight numbers.
- Your log, photos, stay and coordinates are never sent to our server.
Services the app talks to
- Ttokuoka server (Vercel): flight status and Incheon Airport departure info (passenger forecast, security wait, parking). Like any web host, Vercel keeps short-lived request logs (such as IP address).
- Korea Public Data Portal (Incheon International Airport Corporation, Korea Airports Corporation), Fukuoka Airport: flight and departure data. Requests go through our server, so they do not see your device.
- Japan Meteorological Agency: Fukuoka weather forecast, loaded directly. No location is sent.
- Frankfurter (api.frankfurter.dev): yen to won rate (European Central Bank reference), loaded directly.
- OpenStreetMap: map tiles, loaded directly, so they see your IP address.
- jsDelivr, Google Fonts: fonts, loaded directly, so they see your IP address.
- Google Maps, Uber, shop and official websites, Visit Japan Web: opened only when you tap a button. The destination’s coordinates or name are passed to that service, and its own privacy policy applies from there.
Device permissions
- Location (while using the app): only for the uses listed under “Your location”.
- Camera and Photos: only to add photos to your travel log. Photos stay on your device.
- Notifications: asked once when you save a trip from Incheon with an outbound flight and a way to the airport. Reminders the night before and 10 minutes before you should leave home are scheduled by your device. No server push is used.
- Live Activity: departure-day steps on the Lock Screen are updated on your device only. No server push is used.
- Read Japanese aloud: uses your device’s speech synthesis.
What we don't do
- No accounts, ads, analytics or crash-reporting tools.
- No tracking across apps or websites.
- No selling or sharing of data for advertising.
Export and delete
- “Export” in the Log tab turns your whole travel log (including coordinates; photos as file names only) into a JSON file. The app opens the share sheet and the web downloads the file. You choose where it goes.
- Delete entries and photos with “Delete” in the log sheet. Deleting the app removes everything stored on your device. On the web, clear the site data in your browser.
- You can turn off location, camera, photos or notifications at any time in iPhone Settings → Ttokuoka.
Retention and deletion
- Data stored on your device stays there until you delete it or delete the app. Nothing is kept on our server.
- The server does not store the flight numbers or airport codes it receives. To answer repeat lookups quickly, only the response (public flight and departure-hall data) is kept in Vercel's cache for a few minutes.
- Server request logs (IP address, requested URL and so on) disappear from the operator's dashboard after 1 hour (Vercel Hobby plan). Vercel's own retention follows Vercel's privacy policy.
Processors and transfers abroad
- Recipient: Vercel Inc. (USA), which hosts the web version and our server (serverless functions).
- What passes through: when you check a flight, the flight number, whether it is the outbound flight, and the departure airport code. When you check Incheon Airport departure info, the type of data and the day (today or tomorrow). Your IP address comes with each request.
- Where and how: server functions run in the eastern US (Washington, D.C., Vercel iad1), and requests pass through the nearest Vercel edge location. Data is sent over the internet each time you look something up.
- To opt out: don't use flight status or the departure-day guide, and nothing is sent. Everything else keeps working.
Your rights
You can view, export and delete what is stored on your device from within the app (see “Export and delete” above). The developer holds none of your data on a server, so there is nothing else to access, correct or delete. Send any questions or requests to the email below.
