These terms apply when you use Seoul Boom (the "App"), made by Brainchild. By using the App you agree to them.
1. The App
The App is free and needs no account. Features may change or stop without notice.
2. Accuracy
Information in the App (places, opening hours, crowd levels, weather, transport, learning content and so on) comes from public data and published sources and may differ from reality. Please check official sources before important plans or decisions.
3. Other services
Maps, websites and other apps opened from the App are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
4. Ownership
Artwork, text, audio and design in the App belong to Brainchild or their original owners. Sources of public data and open source software are credited in the App and its description.
5. Please don't
- Copy and redistribute the App or its content without permission
- Interfere with the normal operation of the App or the servers it uses
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Brainchild is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the App or reliance on its information.
7. App Store
If you downloaded the App from the App Store, Apple's Standard EULA also applies.
8. Changes
When these terms change, this page and its date are updated.
